Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software applications, SaaS dashboards, APIs, and client-facing interfaces (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Onrevv Technology (“Onrevv”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By signing up for an account, checking any box indicating acceptance, or using our Services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Account Registration

To utilize certain aspects of our SaaS platform, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (usernames and passwords) and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@onrevv.io of any unauthorized use or security breach.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Our Services are structured on a subscription basis (monthly or annual billing cycles).

• Recurring Fees: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. Renewals are billed via the payment method registered.
• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price adjustments take effect for active accounts.
• Failed Payments: If we are unable to process payment, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your dashboard access until valid billing details are provided.

We own all rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including but not limited to our software components, codebase, logo designs, icons, UI templates, graphics, and system architecture.

Your usage of the platform is granted via a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your business operations in accordance with these Terms. You retain full ownership of any data, assets, or databases you upload to the Services.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You can cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. All terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limits of liability.

6. Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONREVV TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR MALWARE.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Onrevv Technology, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onrevv Technology is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of our registered jurisdiction.
